Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As an Electrical Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Electrical Maintenance Team: Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including electrical distribution systems, lighting systems, and control systems.
  • Electrical System Design: Design and implement electrical system upgrades and modifications to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure that electrical systems are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electrical work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3/C&G 3 qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Commercial maintenance experience and experience working with electrical systems.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
