About the Role:
I am a young girl with a brain injury sustained at birth, facing complex needs such as cognitive challenges, cerebral palsy, and autism.

I seek a dedicated, engaging, and patient Care Assistant to support me in pursuing my interests and enhancing my independence.

The ideal candidate will remain composed under pressure and maintain a consistent approach.

I attend a specialized educational institution but require additional assistance outside of school hours to participate in social activities.

Support with personal care is necessary. I enjoy music therapy and dance classes, along with playing with dolls, swimming, and spending time with animals.

New experiences may make me anxious, so I will appreciate extra encouragement during those times.

During school breaks, your hours may increase to provide additional support at home and accompany me on outings.

Essential Qualifications:
To join me as a Care Assistant, you must:
- Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
- Have experience working with children.
- Enjoy collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
