About The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Butlin's team.

Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're currently looking for talented team members to join our bar and restaurant teams.

No prior experience is necessary, and we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to excel.

Looking for opportunities to grow? We have plenty of chances to develop within our restaurant teams and across the wider Butlin's business.

About You

You don't need any experience to work with us. If you have a warm, friendly demeanor and enjoy interacting with people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working with our team.

If you do have previous experience, we'd love to hear from you. Being a great team player is essential, and you should also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

No two days will be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and engage with a diverse range of people.

Our resorts are open during the week and on weekends, so you'll need to be flexible.

As a night cleaner, you'll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning the bar or restaurant areas and back-of-house spaces after closing time.

The role will involve both solo work and team collaboration during the hours of 11pm-8am.

Please note that due to the lone working and hours required for the role, applicants must be over 18 to apply.
