E3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Lead D&T Technician to join our client's team in a leading manufacturer of chemical products. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance program that includes proactive and reactive maintenance, modifications, improvements, and minor projects to enhance plant operations.
- Monitor and investigate plant and equipment performance to identify and address safety, technical, or reliability issues and implement improvement projects as needed.
- Manage and oversee electrical and instrument activities during overhauls, installations, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to target plans and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with site SHE and engineering standards/instructions and manage required processes (PTW, Isolations, Risk Assessments, M-Forms) for safe work execution.
- Manage documentation for assigned work, including maintenance records, drawings, and SAP updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance and technical leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
