Job Description

One Property Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Host to join our team. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and fostering a strong sense of community through the planning and execution of events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Plan and execute events and activities in the communal areas to encourage resident engagement and community building.
  • Conduct pre-check-in and post-check-out checks to ensure a smooth move-in process for residents.
  • Stay up-to-date with new rules and regulations, as well as health and safety standards, to ensure compliance.
  • Handle daily resident enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Flag up maintenance issues for prompt attention.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the property industry or hotel industry.
  • Passion for the Build to Rent sector.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of tasks.
