We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Connect Plus Services. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the M25 network, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, including scheme development, stakeholder engagement, and project governance.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including planners, construction managers, and designers, to ensure effective project delivery.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead project teams and collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with project governance procedures and industry standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including project schedules, progress, and risks.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the highways or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PRINCE2 and APMP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Knowledge of industry standards, including CDM and NEC.
