Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Building Surveyor Associate to join our team at Brandon James. As a Building Surveyor Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting and developing future projects, with a focus on retrofit and energy-efficient projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of building surveys, reports, and other documentation
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and information
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement project plans
  • Provide support to senior surveyors and other team members as needed
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a related field
  • Progress made on APC diary
  • Consultancy or private practice experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
