Role Overview

The Apprentice Composite Manufacturing Specialist will play a key role in gaining knowledge and experience within a composite manufacturing environment. As part of the operations team, you will learn and experience a variety of manufacturing techniques and understand the values of each.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Contribute to the improvement of manufacturing techniques and processes.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • GCSE level 4+ in Maths, Science, and English.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work to instructions.
  • Experienced in planning small projects.
  • Experienced in planning and prioritizing own work and deadlines.
  • Experienced in communicating to a wide variety of people.
