The Apprentice Composite Manufacturing Specialist will play a key role in gaining knowledge and experience within a composite manufacturing environment. As part of the operations team, you will learn and experience a variety of manufacturing techniques and understand the values of each.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Contribute to the improvement of manufacturing techniques and processes.
- Support the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- GCSE level 4+ in Maths, Science, and English.
- Good IT skills.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work to instructions.
- Experienced in planning small projects.
- Experienced in planning and prioritizing own work and deadlines.
- Experienced in communicating to a wide variety of people.
