Quality Control Co-ordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Co-ordinator to join our team at Quality Personnel. As a Quality Control Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's compliance with environmental requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure company compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
  • Oversee and update the Quality Management System
  • Work in partnership with Design, Operations, and stakeholders to introduce new products into the business, optimizing timescales, costs, and practicality
  • Review processes to improve productivity, quality, and reduce costs
  • Write compliance and regulatory documentation for products and act as a company representative with external bodies
  • Quality check incoming products from suppliers
  • Sample inspection reports
  • Quality watch inspection planner (Epicor Module)
  • Complete Non-Conformance Excel Documents
  • BSI Portal Management
  • Internal and external audits
  • Regularly review, discuss, and address quality-related issues
  • Develop, write, and implement process and procedures for all manufacture/assembly
  • Respond to customer questionnaires relating to Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental issues
