Salary: £40,748+ Dependent on skills and experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Leader-Designer Management to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for supporting and leading a team of designers to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead a team of designers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
