**About the Role**

We are working with a leading national developer based in London who is looking to strengthen its planning team with a senior town planner.

The award-winning company builds focuses on large residential schemes in cities across the country.

You will be a town planner with detailed experience of managing major planning applications on immediate and strategic sites.

You will be used to managing both internal and external consultants on both short-term and long-term projects.

You will ideally be working for another house builder in a town planner role, from a local authority or in planning consultancy and have had experience of running planning applications for house builders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the planning function of the business with a high level of autonomy.
  • Work closely with the land team and senior management to achieve business objectives.
  • Have a good knowledge and experience of handling planning applications in residential areas.
  • Detailed experience on residential planning applications, including projects with 150 units or more.

**Requirements**

  • Degree qualified with MRTPI.
  • 3+ years post-graduation experience.

**What We Offer**

Salary circa £45k-55k plus package.
