Project Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Primary Care Network (PCN) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of healthcare services and supporting the Network Manager in the day-to-day running of the PCN.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the PCN team, including coordinating meetings, setting agendas, and taking minutes.
- Support the Network Manager in the delivery of community and health outreach events.
- Assist in the coordination of PCN away days and liaise with partners to ensure smooth running on the day.
- Manage the Swift PCN Facebook page and website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to the public.
- Support the Finance Manager where necessary, including maintaining the document sharing platform (X-Drive).
Swift Primary Care Network is a small team managed by three Clinical Directors, a Network Manager, and a Finance Manager. We also have a PCN Education Lead, PCN Pharmacist Leads, General Practice Nurse Lead, and Community Innovation Lead who work to build relationships with external partners and support staff and project delivery within the PCN.
Requirements:- Minimum GCSE grade 4-9 or A-C including Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Education to degree level or equivalent.
- Business Admin NVQ.
- Previous successful experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Co-operative and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use own initiative, discretion, and sensitivity.
- Very organised, working calmly and efficiently.
- Willing to be flexible and multi-task whilst not losing sight of priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: £26,530 to £29,114 a year depending on skills and experience.
