Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to students with SEN in a one-on-one and small group setting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
