About the Role

Your new company is a national insurance law firm seeking an EL/PL Lawyer to handle a fast-track caseload of defendant EL/PL files in their Liverpool city centre office. The firm offers a competitive hybrid working structure and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a caseload of litigated employer's and public liability files valued up to £25,000 on behalf of insurer clients.
  • Assess liability and quantum and deal with disclosure.
Requirements
  • Experience handling your own litigated caseload of EL/PL files valued up to £25,000.
  • Qualified with 0-2 years PQE, although this is a guide and those outside this range are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and IT skills are essential.
