Job Title: Total Rewards Director - EMEA

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Director to support our EMEA Total Rewards team on compensation and benefit programme integration projects across Aristocrat's portfolio of companies.

About the Role

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, working on a hybrid basis with 1-2 days per week in our central London office. As a Total Rewards Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting EMEA Total Rewards on building EMEA compensation strategy
  • Facilitating key compensation projects such as salary planning, market analysis, job design, and variable pay planning
  • Implementing new Reward & Benefits policies, practices, and programs to meet business needs
  • Designing operating business/country specific competitive compensation structures
  • Providing ongoing support, training and counselling to global People & Culture Business Partners and business leaders
