About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hydraulic System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on hydraulic systems, including strip and rebuild of hydraulic cylinders and hoses.
  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic equipment in our workshop and at client locations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and detailed inspections of hydraulic components to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Hydraulic Hose Installation: Install and maintain hydraulic hose systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Workload Management: Plan and manage your workload, prioritizing safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Driving License: Full driving license is essential.
  • Engineering Knowledge: Good understanding of engineering principles and hydraulic systems.
  • Welding Skills: Welding skills are a bonus.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, paired with a drive to succeed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
