Senior Communications Executive Content Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Executive Content Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our DSP & DA Communications and Engagement team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic communications plans to support our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Delivery Associates (DAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies to educate and engage DSPs and DAs on fleet management and vehicle deployment initiatives, Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance, and other critical on-road initiatives.
- Translate complex technical and operational information into user-friendly resources and rich content to support DSPs in managing their fleet of delivery vehicles, including Electric Delivery Vehicles (EDVs).
- Partner with cross-functional teams of leaders, partner organizations, and stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of programs through robust communication, change management strategies, and year-long campaign efforts.
- Develop and propose strategies for improvements, leveraging data and metrics to drive results.
- Manage internal and agency partners as part of a holistic go-to-market strategy, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality content.

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience developing complex and strategic communications that educate large audiences
- Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to help others do the same
- Experience managing both internal and agency partners as part of a holistic go-to-market strategy
- Highly developed and polished written communication skills
- Experience working autonomously to develop and propose strategies for improvements
- Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and multiple projects at once
- Attention to detail, particularly when it comes to proofing copy and content
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
