Key Responsibilities:As an Enterprise Integration Architect, your primary focus will be on shaping and advancing Vodafone's Integration Architecture Strategy while spearheading strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure adherence to our global standards.
This role is integral to the Global Strategy & Architecture team, where successful digital and IT transformation requires collaboration across various departments, including business and technology leaders. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills will be essential in influencing decisions at all organizational levels.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Develop and refine the global integration architecture strategy to align with business objectives and technology vision.
- Lead strategic initiatives and promote an API-first methodology across the organization.
- Establish and uphold API standards through architectural governance and operational model definitions.
- Act as a key contributor to the global Integration and API Architecture Community, providing guidance to ensure compliance with API standards.
- Oversee Vodafone's Integration architecture, including technology selection and integration tools.
- Manage global procurement processes for integration technologies, collaborating with commercial and technical teams.
- Foster leadership within the Digital & IT domain by implementing best practices and design patterns.
Core Competencies:
- In-depth technical expertise in integration technologies, including REST APIs, API management, and event streaming.
- Ability to simplify complex architectural concepts for diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence at senior levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of integration and data architecture methodologies and industry best practices.
