The organization focuses on delivering specialized SEMH education, catering to students from early years through to the conclusion of KS4. The role may be situated in either primary or secondary settings, contingent upon the needs of the institution and the qualifications/experience of the selected candidates.

As a member of a dedicated and collaborative support team, you will work closely with educators and students to provide tailored assistance. Your responsibilities will include supporting our accomplished pastoral team alongside classroom-related tasks. The ideal candidate should demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a nurturing demeanor, with the ability to engage effectively with both individual students and larger groups.

A genuine enthusiasm for working with young individuals and assisting those facing learning challenges is crucial. All students served have EHCPs, with many presenting primary needs related to SEMH, and a significant portion diagnosed with ASD and ADHD.

Part-time candidates will also be taken into account.
