About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Developer to join our team at Apetito Limited. As a Product Developer, you will play a key role in driving the development of new and innovative food products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with our development process and company policies.
  • Identify and develop new product opportunities, working closely with our dietitians, chefs, and manufacturing teams to create market-leading solutions.
  • Work with our category management and purchasing teams to identify and deliver improvement opportunities, taking into consideration the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Lead and support projects from ideation through to launch, applying problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and delivering food products that create real competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to identify, develop, and deliver new products and product improvements.
Requirements
