About the Role:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in the housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of housekeeping services.
  • Monitor and analyze housekeeping performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
