Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarder Sales Professional to join our team at Right Now Recruitment. As a Commercial Air Freight Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key accounts for air imports and exports, as well as identifying new business opportunities through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop key accounts for air imports and exports, with a focus on expanding the company's market share in air freight.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share in air, road, and sea freight.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, cold calling, online research, and overseas conferences.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and cross-sell other modes of freight to existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales for a freight forwarder.
  • Air freight client base is preferred.
  • Full driving license is required.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 (experience-dependent) + commission structure of 20% on day one.
