Nursery Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Nurse - Level 3 to join our team at Protocol Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting.

• Child Development: Plan and implement activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and record children's progress and development, ensuring that their needs are met and their progress is tracked.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating and safe environment that promotes learning and development.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children's progress, ensuring that they are informed and involved in their child's development.
• Policy Compliance: Follow all policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of children, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

• Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, valid DBS check, and previous experience working in a nursery setting.
• Education: GCSEs in Maths and English.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children in a nursery environment.
• Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team, and strong organisational skills.

• Paediatric First Aid: Paediatric First Aid qualification.
• SEN Experience: SEN experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
