Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We're seeking a talented Retail Store Manager to lead our team at Holland & Barrett, the largest health and wellness retailer in Europe.

As a Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program, including our "Qualified to Advise" and "Healthy Expert" qualifications.

We're looking for someone with previous retail management experience, excellent communication and people management skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment
  • The ability to understand and analyse sales figures daily to enable the store to trade within Company parameters and goals
  • Passion and enthusiasm for our products
  • The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge
  • The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results
