- Lead onsite audit teams to ensure quality audit fieldwork, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met
- Preparation of financial statements, ensuring quality and compliance throughout
- Review work completed by junior staff to provide constructive feedback
- Converse clearly and effectively by using computer software including IRIS, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks
- Manage own workload and regularly update managers with work progress
- Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries
- Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team
- Support the wider firm with ad hoc duties as needed
