Join Our Team as a Care Professional

At Home Instead Senior Care, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, non-medical care and companionship services to older adults in their own homes. We're seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals.

About the Role

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. As a Care Professional, you'll provide companionship, home help, and assistance with daily routines, enabling our clients to maintain their independence and dignity.

With a minimum of one hour visits, you'll have the opportunity to build trusting relationships with your clients and make a real difference in their lives. Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds, and we're committed to providing a personalized service that meets their unique needs.

What We Offer
  • Competitive rates of pay (£12.50ph - £14ph) and double pay on bank holidays
  • Travel allowance (40p - 45p per mile)
  • Working hours based on your availability
  • Minimum 1-hour visits
  • Holiday pay

  • Full training provided with ongoing support from our office team

Requirements
  • Be passionate about caring and have time to spare
  • Be able to offer companionship and support without taking away clients' independence
  • Have a good work ethic and be aged 18+
  • Be naturally caring and dependable
  • Have a driving license and own car (for taking clients out shopping or on appointments)
