Job Summary

We are seeking a positive, passionate, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support service users with their daily routines, including medication management and appointment scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any incidents or concerns.
