Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Director to join our Senior Management Team at Peacocks. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy and contributing to the development of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the business, ensuring the company's financial performance is optimized and aligned with its overall strategy.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and decision-making.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintenance of robust financial systems and processes.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the Finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Business Partnership: Work closely with the Senior Management Team to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a commercial environment.
- Experience: Significant experience in a retail or FMCG business, with a strong track record of driving financial performance and contributing to business growth.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, leadership, relationship-building, and people management skills, with excellent business and analytical skills.
