ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Sales Executive / Merchandiser, you will represent a market-leading brand, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager situated in central Scotland. This field-based position involves overseeing the journey of our premier products from delivery to retail display.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with retailers; Business to Business
  • Setting up and managing product displays and points of sale
  • Representing the company at trade shows and sales events
  • Training retail staff on product knowledge across Scotland

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We value attitude, ambition, and a willingness to learn above all else. While previous experience in construction, building supplies, adhesives, or sealants is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary product knowledge.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Be confident in engaging with both independent and national retailers/distributors
  • Hold a valid driving license and enjoy fieldwork
  • Approach daily tasks with positivity and efficiency to maximize customer visits
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrate experience working within a successful team environment
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
