We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join our team at Imperium Financial Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insolvency and a proven track record of managing complex cases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 30 cases, including CVAs, IVAs, Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and bankruptcies.
  • Develop and implement case strategies to ensure efficient progression of cases.
  • Plan and manage cases from outset to closure, ensuring timely completion and compliance with statutory procedures.
  • Identify, control, and realize assets to maximize returns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, using insolvency software to track diary and record book entries.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports, including D returns and investigation reports.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Perform duties such as drafting statements of affairs and reports, updating IPS, and completing VAT and Corporate Tax returns.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in insolvency and a proven track record of managing complex cases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with moderate supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in insolvency software and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
