Office Angels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR People Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an HR People Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Complete compliance checks for staff and volunteers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to company policy.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics, including turnover rates, to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to get things right.
  • Discretion and awareness of data protection and confidentiality.
