Vertical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Architectural Technician to support the delivery of key architectural and technical designs across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of building survey drawings from in-house surveyors.
  • Oversee all design work to ensure it meets company standards before issuing to clients.
  • Collaborate with the surveying team to deliver architectural and technical designs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar architectural technician role within a building consultancy or architectural practice.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
