We're looking for a talented and charismatic Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.

Your Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our lounge, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves feeling satisfied and eager to return. You'll work closely with our management team and other staff members to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and cared for
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Upsell and promote our menu and services to customers
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
