We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Court of Protection Solicitor to join our team at Realm Recruit. As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will be responsible for advocating for vulnerable adults and providing expert legal advice to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for vulnerable adults in Court of Protection proceedings
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients and their families
  • Manage complex cases with discretion and sensitivity
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients
