We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Housing Concierge to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a Housing Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, while also maintaining the security and upkeep of our properties.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the properties to ensure the security and safety of our customers and staff.
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any incidents or suspicious activity.
• Manage the health and safety of the building, including checking fire doors and ensuring that all areas are secure.
• Think on your feet and manage situations on the spot, such as investigating suspicious activity or raising the alarm when necessary.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the properties, including tasks such as cleaning and minor repairs.

• Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a security or housing-related environment.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
