Role: Wristband Production Technician
Type: Full Time
Compensation:
Starting pay of £12.31 per hour
Shift Premium:
Additional 20% on base salary
Working Hours:
Double Day shifts alternating weekly. One week on early shifts from 6.15am to 2.15pm, followed by one week on late shifts from 1.45pm to 10.15pm Monday to Thursday, and Friday from 1.45pm to 7.15pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating within a compact assembly team
- Executing various assembly tasks for wristband cartridges
- Assembling, testing, labeling, and packaging cartridges
- Operating mechanical devices and printers
- Diagnosing and resolving issues
- Adhering to shipping lists and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team
