About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position for a Plastering Instructor at Construction Skills College. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, demonstrating practical skills and covering relevant theory related to plastering.
- Develop and adapt training materials to meet the needs of students.
- Provide guidance and support to students, assessing their progress and helping them to achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Must have on-the-tools experience working as a plasterer.
- Relevant teaching or training qualifications are ideal, but not essential as training will be provided.
- Be committed to delivering high-quality training sessions, giving students the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their careers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

- A competitive salary of £37,000 - £43,000 per annum, pro-rata for part-time applications.
