Trustee Pensions Manager Opportunity

BWD Search & Selection is working with an international manufacturing company to find an experienced Trustee Pensions Manager to join their in-house UK Pensions team.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extensions and permanent transfers. The company is open to fully remote working with occasional travel to their West Midlands head office.

You will be an experienced pensions professional with strong UK DB Pensions scheme experience and expert knowledge of Trustee Boards. You will have experience in managing 3rd party providers, pensions management, project management, and staying up-to-date with current regulations.

This role will allow you to work on 6 different schemes covering DB and DC and gain exposure to the wider trustee board responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing 5 years of DB Pension Scheme administration experience, governance, and trustee meetings, minute taking, pensions project work, and project management.

We are looking for a confident self-starter with excellent written skills and a desire to learn and develop your pensions and benefits knowledge. A pension-related qualification or the desire to take one would be beneficial (PMI, CPC, etc).
