SureCare Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable and elderly individuals in their own homes.
About the Role:We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with household chores
- Encouraging clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental wellbeing
