Preschool Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and committed Early Years Educator to become part of our team at Protocol Education.

Primary Duties:

• The successful candidate will be receptive to innovative approaches that enrich the learning atmosphere.
• Effective communication with parents and providing feedback on children's progress is vital.
• Working collaboratively with peers to exchange best practices and foster student growth is essential.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree along with a PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or its equivalent is also necessary.
• Demonstrated classroom experience or training as an Early Years Educator is essential.

All candidates must possess the necessary qualifications and training for this role.

All remuneration packages include statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

Protocol Education places a high priority on the safety and welfare of children. Safeguarding checks and DBS clearance are compulsory.

Complimentary online safeguarding training is available for all staff members. Candidates must hold a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
