At Hanwha Vision Europe, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with existing and new partners, A&E contacts, and end-users within the North UK regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target business opportunities with new customers and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Act as the main point of contact between Hanwha Vision Europe and all assigned contacts, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
- Maintain relationships with existing key clients, visiting customers, A&E customers, and end-users to identify opportunities to upsell and increase sales.
- Draw up business proposals and offers for both new and existing customers, working closely with our customers to grow and close projects.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for key customer accounts, ensuring we meet our sales and product quantity mix targets.
- Work closely with our Marketing team to entice existing customers and encourage new customers, organizing activities and events that inform and inspire them to work with Hanwha Vision Europe as their preferred partner of choice.
- Attend UK&I trade shows and events, promoting our products and software to potential customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Security industry.
- Strong knowledge of the market, main channels, and potential customers.
- Experience selling to Distributors and System Integrators in the region.
- A proven sales and achievement record.
- Understanding of new technologies.
- Business or Technical Degree Level Education (desirable).
- Intermediate and Advanced 'Microsoft Office' skills to include Excel.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal Company Directors/colleagues and key clients.
- Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement.
- Ability to demonstrate motivation of multidisciplinary teams to achieve targets.
- Logical and well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Displays a pro-active approach and is a 'solution finder'.
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
- Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Process-oriented.
- Clean Driving License.
- English language essential.
