Civil Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Civil 3D software for the design and analysis of civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage systems, and other infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop innovative and practical solutions for engineering challenges.
  • Contribute to site appraisals, ensuring all engineering considerations are addressed in the initial stages of project development.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of sustainable urban drainage systems (SUDs) and water management solutions.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, reports, and specifications in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to support project planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Civil 3D software in a civil engineering context.
  • Strong technical proficiency in civil engineering principles and practices, with a focus on design and analysis.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of drainage systems, roadworks, and related infrastructure.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to colleagues and clients.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 34 days per annum and a 9-day fortnight.
