Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists during various procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during exams, cleanings, and surgeries, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict sterilization protocols.
• Take and develop dental X-rays, utilizing your technical skills to produce high-quality images.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions, promoting a positive and supportive experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring seamless communication within the team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in science and mathematics.
• Completion of a dental assistant training program or on-the-job training, with a focus on clinical skills and patient care.
• State certification or registration as a dental assistant, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
