The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths and English Tutor to join our team. As a tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and progression of our young members. Your primary focus will be on teaching, inspiring, and nurturing the academic growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and deliver high-quality lessons to small groups of children aged 4-16, covering national curriculum content and entrance exam preparation.
  • Inspire and motivate our members to become fearless learners, encouraging them to embrace challenges and dream bigger.
  • Nurture and build strong relationships with our members, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements
  • A grade 6 or above in Maths and English Language at GCSE level or equivalent.
  • The ability to physically attend our learning centre and commit to a minimum of 6 hours over 2 days a week.

Logistics

The application process involves a short maths and English test, a 2-question video interview, and a live Teams interview with a member of our recruitment team. We offer a competitive hourly rate, with further uplifts based on holiday entitlement and the number of hours worked.
