Job Title: Academic Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Administrator to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As a key member of our College Office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our students and staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enrolment of new students on our eVision system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of student records.
  • Issuance of University cards and provision of support to new students, including answering queries and resolving issues.
  • Verification of visas for overseas students, staff, and visitors, ensuring compliance with university regulations.
  • Preparation and maintenance of student record files, including printing and binding.
  • Administration of graduate scholarships, student prizes, awards, and grants, including travel and study grants.
  • Response to requests for academic transcripts and verifications, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Administration of Client Association grants and awards.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assistance with the administration of College examinations, including coordination and communication with students and staff.
  • Support with undergraduate and graduate admissions, including processing applications and communicating with students and staff.
  • Assistance with undergraduate and graduate induction events and activities, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new students.
  • Response to general inquiries to the College Office, providing excellent customer service and support to students, staff, and visitors.

In addition to your core duties, you will be expected to assist and support day-to-day office administration, acting as a first point of contact for visitors and providing administrative support to the College Office team.
