As a Night Porter, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
  • Setting up and packing away functions.
  • Keeping the hotel looking clean and tidy.
  • Being the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins.
  • Ensuring guest and business safety and security is top priority at all times.
  • In the event of a fire, evacuating all guests and team from the business safely and quickly.
  • Answering telephone enquiries and dealing with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
