Capital Markets Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Capital Markets Lawyer to join our award-winning corporate team at IDEX Consulting Ltd.

About the Role

  • Advising public companies, institutional investors, and underwriters on IPOs, placings, rights issues, and other equity offerings on the Main Market and AIM
  • Structuring and negotiating complex transaction documents, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Managing client relationships, providing clear and concise legal advice throughout the transaction life-cycle

Requirements

  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in corporate equity capital markets
  • A proven track record of successfully advising on a range of equity capital markets transactions
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK Listing Rules, FCA regulations, and other relevant legal frameworks
  • Excellent commercial awareness and a strong understanding of market dynamics
