Job Title: Estate Agency Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Estate Agency Sales Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the estate agency sector, with excellent mentoring and management abilities, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the local area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Conduct valuations and win instructions to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to improve performance and skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency sales management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the local area and property market
  • Full driving license
