Carpenter Required for Social Housing Projects

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our client's team in South London. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out general carpentry work in social housing properties, including plumbing and multi-skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out carpentry work in social housing properties
  • Perform plumbing tasks as required
  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Use company-provided van and fuel card for travel

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driver's Licence
  • Social Housing Experience
  • Level 2 Qualifications in Carpentry as a minimum

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity to work with a Tier 1 Contractor on a variety of social housing projects. Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join their team immediately.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £20, paid CIS
  • Annual salary of £43,000
  • £664 per week take-home pay
