We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our housing repairs and maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our council housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out high-quality repairs to council housing stock, including fitting kitchens, painting, patching walls, repairing tiles, and other maintenance tasks.
  • Using a PDA to receive instructions and feedback electronically on works undertaken or to be undertaken.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license (manual)
  • Blue CSCS Card (Multi Trade Level 2 NVQ) or City & Guilds L2 in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations
  • Basic Criminal Record Check
  • Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
